Cancellation Policy

C&N Property Services Cancellation Policy At C&N Property Services, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service. We understand that plans may change, and we ask that you please review our cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: To avoid any charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost. No-Show: If no one is available to provide access at the time of the scheduled service, or if we are unable to reach you, a 50% fee of the total service cost will be charged. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new appointment based on availability. Weather-Related Cancellations: In cases of extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule your service at no additional charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure the best service and to maintain a fair scheduling system for all customers.
